Vacation Certificates Mexico is pleased to offer this exclusive vacation package. To qualify, guests must meet the eligibility criteria and attend a Vacation Ownership presentation. Beyond this, there are no further obligations. Enjoy your stay while discovering the benefits of Vacation Ownership.

• Primary travelers must meet all resort qualifications outlined below.
• Resort Fees will be collected during the verification call. This is a reservation processing fee.

• The qualifying individual, or one spouse in a legally married couple, must present a major credit card at check-in for the presentation.
• Only VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express are accepted. Debit cards, check cards, business account cards, or expired credit cards do not qualify.
• The credit card must be in the name of the qualifying individual.
• Cards associated with a bank account are not accepted.
• Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of the promotional reservation without notice.

• A 90-minute Vacation Ownership presentation is required the day after arrival.
• Attending another Vacation Ownership presentation during the same trip is not allowed.
• Guests who have attended a presentation at any Resorts in Mexico property within the past six months or have used a similar promotional offer twice are not eligible.

• Married couples: At least one person must be between 30 and 70 years old.
• Legally single men and women: Between 30 and 70 years old.

• Minimum annual income of $50,000 (singles must meet this requirement individually; legally married couples may combine incomes).
• Must be fully employed or retired (part-time employment does not qualify).
• Full-time students are not eligible.

Both qualified participants must be fluent in either English or pish.

• A government-issued photo ID and a major credit card must be presented at check-in.
• Married couples may be asked to provide proof of marriage (matching addresses on government-issued IDs and/or marriage certificates).
• Both spouses must present identification.

• This offer is valid for legally married couples and legally single men and women.
• All guests, including children, must attend the presentation.

• Offer is available only to U.S. and Canadian citizens who meet all other qualifications.
• All guests must present valid government-issued ID.
• Non-citizens must have been residents of the U.S. or Canada for at least five years and provide valid ID.

• A maximum of eight guests (adults and children combined) are permitted per tour.
• Only one package per family or group of friends is allowed for this or any similar promotion.
• If two rooms are booked under the same group, an additional rate may apply.
• Providing false or misleading information about group travel may result in reservation cancellation without notice.

Employees of the timeshare industry, Universal Vacation Club members, and property owners in Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, or Cancún do not qualify.

• Guests who fail to meet the qualifications do not complete the 90-minute presentation, or provide misleading information may have their reservation canceled without notice.
• This discounted package requires participation in the 90-minute tour and presentation at the sponsoring resort on the morning after arrival.
• A major credit card must be presented at check-in by the qualifying individual. (Please note that company credit cards and debit/check cards do not qualify.)
• Tafer Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations as needed.
• Tafer Hotels & Resorts may amend these terms and conditions at any time by operational needs and applicable laws.
• This offer supersedes any prior representations, whether verbal or written. Tafer Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for any claims outside of those stated herein.

Failure to meet all terms and conditions may result in reservation cancellation, including on arrival date.

• Following the Federal Protection Law of Personal Data in Possession of Third Parties, Vacations Certificates Mexico upholds the following commitments:
• Information collected during reservations, telephonic conversations, or hotel stays will only be used to enhance service offerings.
• Data will not be shared or sold and will be securely stored.
• To update, correct, remove, or block personal information, please contact us at vacationcertificatesmx@gmail.com with your full name, address, and request details.
• Any modifications resulting from such requests will be communicated via print, electronic, digital, or other means.
